Every Great Clips is a bit different, but I had a great first visit to the Oconomowoc store! My 11yo son and I both got our hair cut, and they did a fantastic job. I had Alex, and he was a perfect balance of friendly, fun, and focused. He did a great job on my beard, which is a special skill. Will definitely go back to Alex!

I am currently going through cancer treatments doing chemo and radiation daily. My sister shaved my head 1 month ago but it's grown back and falling out all over the place. I stopped in to the oconomowoc store and everyone was so kid to me. Imagine my surprise when they told me that they didn't charge cancer patients. There kindness was so appreciated 💗 💛

Every time I go in there, I get a different beautician, but I get an excellent haircut every single time today I had Alex he’s a delightful young man. This is the second time I’ve had him and he just does such a wonderful job so I’m a big fan of this location.

Today, I experienced amazing staff and really good customers. I know, customers? There was a student from St. John's Northwestern Academy who needed a haircut in a timely manner. I'm going to assume that a graduation was in order. He was a walk-in, so there were a few customers ahead of him. He and his mother left when the line was getting longer. A few customers said that he could go ahead of them, and everything went well. My experience with Chelsie was awesome!! A veteran herself with experience with cutting military style hair. My haircut turned out top-notch!! Batman will definitely return!!! My mask couldn't fit any better! 👍
